Juliette is a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. She is passionate about optimising health and function and addressing each individual's needs and goals.
Our goal for treatment is to integrate the benefits of both Physiotherapy techniques and Pilates exercise to create lasting changes in your body function.
The client will feel empowered by the treatment and able to influence the benefits felt and have the tools to maintain them. Treatment is not only about receiving hands on therapy but aims to be an experiential education process hence the phrase 'intelligent exercise, profound results'.
